Enspired coordinates the day-to-day work around your villa, including guest hosting, booking calendars, housekeeping, and property care. Your proposal sets out the exact coverage, owner responsibilities, and the decisions that require your input.
Our typical full-management fee is 20% of net revenue. Net revenue is rental revenue after deducting booking-platform fees, VAT, and payment-processing fees. The agreed management percentage is applied to that amount.
Selected properties may qualify for rates from 18% of net revenue, depending on performance, usually occupancy rate. The applicable rate is assessed for your property and confirmed in your management proposal.
Booking-platform fees, VAT, and payment-processing fees are deducted to calculate the net revenue used for the management fee. The treatment of property costs such as cleaning, linen, supplies, utilities, maintenance, and replacements is set out separately in your management proposal.
Yes. Enspired also offers furnishing and renovation support, from design and setup to essentials and home technology. Any project work, purchases, and related charges should be agreed alongside your management scope.
